Terms of service

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 7, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of worldcartly.com and purchases from WorldCartly (the "Store," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

1. Merchant identity

The Store is operated by:

Merchant: Mohammed-AMine Bouaafia
Trading name: WorldCartly
Email: bouaafiastudies@gmail.com

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract or act with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate account, contact, payment, and delivery information and for safeguarding your account credentials.

3. Products and descriptions

We aim to present products, colors, dimensions, materials, compatibility, and images accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing variations can affect appearance. Measurements may have reasonable tolerances disclosed on the product page.

We may correct genuine errors, but we will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement. Product availability is not guaranteed until we accept the order.

4. Prices, currencies, taxes, and duties

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Currency conversion, card-issuer, or international transaction fees may be charged independently by your bank or payment provider.

The checkout will display charges collected by us. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, destination-country customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges may be payable by the customer. We will provide legally required information about foreseeable charges before purchase.

5. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We accept the order when we send a confirmation of acceptance or begin fulfillment, depending on applicable law.

We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailability, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, sanctions restrictions, delivery impossibility, or unlawful activity. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled item.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by the payment methods shown at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected method. Payment providers may apply their own terms, identity checks, fraud controls, and processing times.

7. Third-party fulfillment

WorldCartly uses third-party sourcing, fulfillment, and logistics providers, including CJdropshipping, and products may ship from a country different from the customer's country, including China or another disclosed warehouse location. Packages from one order may arrive separately.

Estimated processing, transit, tracking, customs, and delivery information is governed by our Shipping Policy.

8. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Cancellation, return, replacement, and refund rights are described in our Refund and Return Policy. Those rules supplement and do not displace mandatory consumer rights.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

Use the Store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing purposes;

Submit false payment, identity, delivery, review, or claim information;

Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass Store security except as permitted by law;

Introduce malicious code or interfere with another user's access; or

Reproduce or commercially exploit Store content without authorization.

10. Intellectual property

The Store's original branding, text, layout, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to WorldCartly and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product trademarks and third-party materials belong to their respective owners. No license is granted except the limited right to use the Store for personal shopping.

11. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, image, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, based on your genuine experience, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display it for Store operations and promotion, subject to applicable privacy law.

We may moderate content for legitimate reasons but will not knowingly misrepresent customer sentiment or publish fabricated reviews.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Store and its content are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated and those imposed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WorldCartly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory product-safety or consumer obligations, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Indemnity for business or unlawful use

To the extent permitted by law, a person using the Store for unauthorized commercial activity or unlawful conduct is responsible for losses reasonably arising from that conduct. This section does not apply where prohibited in a consumer transaction.

14. Third-party services and links

The Store relies on services supplied by Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment providers, carriers, analytics providers, and other third parties. Third-party websites and independently provided services may be governed by separate terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence when those protections apply.

Please first contact bouaafiastudies@gmail.com so we can attempt to resolve a complaint. Nothing here prevents either party from using a competent court, regulator, consumer-protection process, or other remedy available under applicable law.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. The version published when an order is placed generally governs that purchase, unless a change is required by law or agreed with the customer.

17. Severability

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

18. Contact
